WASHINGTON — The DC Metropolitan Police Department is asking for the local public’s assistance in locating missing 47 year old Richard Barnes out of the Washington, D.C. area.
Richard was last seen on February 7, 2018 at approximately 7 am, in the 3900 Block of 1st Street, Southeast, Washington.
This incident was reported on February 10, 2018. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a black sweater and black tennis shoes.
Richard is described as:
• GENDER: Male.
• ETHNICITY: Black.
• HAIR: Salt and pepper.
• EYES: Brown.
• HEIGHT: 6 feet 1 inch.
• WEIGHT: 200 pounds.
