WASHINGTON — The DC Metropolitan Police Department is asking for the local public’s assistance in locating missing 60 year old Pamela Jean Duell out of the Washington, D.C. area.
Pamela was last seen on January 10, 2018 at approximately 11 am, in the 6000 Block of 13th Place, Northwest, Washington.
This incident was reported on January 10, 2018. She was last seen wearing a black coat, black and grey hat, burgundy sweater, yellow pants and brown boots.
Pamela is described as:
• GENDER: Female.
• ETHNICITY: Black.
• HAIR: Salt and pepper.
• EYES: Brown.
• HEIGHT: 5 feet 3 inches.
• WEIGHT: 115 pounds.
• OTHER: Pamela has pierced ears.
