WASHINGTON — The DC Metropolitan Police Department is asking for the local public’s assistance in locating missing 68 year old Hester Uzzelle out of the Washington, D.C. area.
Hester was last seen on March 23, 2018 at approximately 10:30 am, in the 900 Block of 3rd Street, Northeast, Washington.
This incident was reported on March 27, 2018. She was last seen wearing grey sweatpants, a black coat and black and white tennis shoes. Hester walks with a silver colored cane.
Hester is described as:
• GENDER: Female.
• ETHNICITY: Black.
• HAIR: Burgundy.
• EYES: Brown.
• HEIGHT: 5 feet 4 inches.
• WEIGHT: 185 pounds.
