ORIGINAL ARTICLE: WASHINGTON — The D.C. Metropolitan Police Department is asking for the local public’s assistance in locating missing 15 year old Lorraine Michelle Garner out of the Washington, D.C. area.
Lorraine was last seen on April 25, 2017 at approximately 12:04 am, in the 1500 Block of Tanner Court, Southeast, Washington.
This incident was reported on May 16, 2017. She was last seen wearing a maroon shirt and an pants.
Lorraine is described as:
• GENDER: Female.
• ETHNICITY: Black.
• HAIR: Black with burgundy highlights.
• EYES: Brown.
• HEIGHT: 5 feet 1 inch.
• WEIGHT: 125 pounds.
